Horizon Health Network notified the public in social media post at 9 a.m. on Saturday that the facility is experiencing ”high patient volumes.”

Horizon announced Friday afternoon that a shortage of nursing staff would result in a reduced operating capacity at the Moncton Hospital this weekend.
