New Brunswick added ten new cases of COVID-19 on Friday.
The Saint John and Bathurst health zones each have a single new case while the Moncton area has two new cases.
The Fredericton zone has six new cases.
Nine people recovered since Thursday.
The number of active cases in the province is now 147.
Five patients are in the hospital, four in New Brunswick and one patient is in a facility out of province.
Two people are in the ICU.
The provincial government will host a news conference on Monday to report on the progress to reach the goal of having 75 per cent of eligible New Brunswickers get their first dose.
If the goal can be reached, the province can enter the first phase of the Path to Green and the lifting of all restrictions and the end of the emergency order.
As of Friday morning, 467,403 eligible New Brunswickers — or 67.4 per cent — had received their first dose. A total of 519,750 will be required to meet 75 per cent.
