The Saint John Police Force is waiting on post-mortem results following the autopsy of 27-year-old Courtney MacKenzie.
MacKenzie’s body was discovered at a residence on Victoria Street on May 11, a few days after police announced she was missing.
The force’s Major Crime Unit is still investigating, which includes interviews and evidence analysis, according to spokesperson Jim Hennessy.
