New Brunswickers are rolling up their sleeves at a record pace, with more than 76,000 COVID-19 vaccines administered over the past week.
The province recorded its highest seven-day rolling average yet.
77.2% of eligible New Brunswickers have received their first jab, while 27.4% are fully vaccinated.
The pace does not appear to be slowing down either, with more than 84,000 vaccine appointments booked in the last week.
For the second consecutive day, New Brunswick discovered one new case of COVID-19 in the Bathurst Health zone, that is related to travel. An individual in their forties contracted the virus.
Since Friday, six people have recovered from COVID-19 as the active caseload falls to 33. Four patients are hospitalized in New Brunswick, including one in an intensive care unit.
