Parts of New Brunswick will receive quite a drenching from Mother Nature on Sunday.
Environment Canada has issued a rainfall warning for much of southern New Brunswick.
That includes the Kennebecasis Valley, Sussex, St. Stephen, Fredericton, and the Grand Lake region.
Forecasters said between 30 and 60 millimetres of rain is possible in those areas.
“Heavy downpours can cause flash floods and water pooling on roads,” the weather agency said.
Saint John and Grand Manan are not under the rainfall warning. Those areas will generally see 10 to 15 millimetres, but up to 30 millimetres is possible in areas of heaviest rain.
Forecasters say a thundershower or two is also possible across southern New Brunswick.
