An investigation is underway in Fredericton after an early morning weapons incident.
The Fredericton Police Force issued a news release stating that police were called to a downtown business around 2:30 a.m. on Sunday due to a weapons offence.
Three individuals were treated on scene for non-life-threatening injuries and were later transported to the Doctor Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital.
Police say the suspects fled the scene before officers arrived but were later apprehended in the Oromocto area by the CFB Gagetown Military Police, the RCMP, and the Fredericton Police Force.
