Saint John Police have stepped up patrols in Rockwood Park after recent reports of an indecent act and voyeurism.
No one was hurt, but officers want people using the park to be aware of their surroundings and stay in groups if they can, keep a phone with them, and tell someone where they are going and when they plan to return.
Police also suggest sticking near the trail system and should you leave it, note the time and the way back.
The Saint John Police Force wants to know about anything suspicious happening in the park.
You can reach the police by calling (506) 648-3333 or in an emergency, call 911.
Information can also be reported anonymously through Crime Stoppers, 1-800-222-8477 (T.I.P.S.).
