As of 7:25 a.m., Bayside Drive remains closed between 855 Bayside Drive and Expansion Avenue.
Rothesay Avenue near the train bridge is down to one lane heading north.
City officials say some low-lying areas along the Marsh Creek drainage basin may experience more flooding throughout the day.
McAllister Drive at Majors Brook Drive is open again along with the McAllister Place entrance off Westmorland Road near Sport Chek.
Motorists are asked to observe signage and barricades and avoid flooded areas. Officials say driving through flooded areas can cause serious damage to vehicles and neighbouring homes where the water flows.
