The Saint John Night Market will celebrate the end of the season Thursday night with a street party at the market and on Germain Street.
The end-of-season event was originally scheduled for two weeks ago but had to be postponed due to the remnants of hurricane Ida.
Family activities and live concerts will highlight the event, as well as vendors, food trucks, and local beer, wine and cocktails.
“It’s been great working with all our regular and new vendors during this year’s Night Market and we can’t think of a better way to celebrate the end of the season,” City Market manager Andrew MacDonald said in a news release.
Live music will take place on the main stage located at the Germain Street and King Street intersection. Germain Street will be closed to thru traffic between Union and King streets from 10 a.m. until midnight.
