A new partnership is delivering entrepreneurship programming to the Saint John region.
The parties involved include Envision Saint John, ConnexionWorks, and Planet Hatch.
The program will offer a combination of updated programs and new introductory workshops.
CEO of Envision Saint John, Paulette Hicks, said there’s already an entrepreneurial spirit in the region, which has been growing for several years.
“I think what you’re seeing is that start to build out, and we’re trying to build our focus on how to boost that.”
Through the pandemic, New Brunswick has become desirable, which has sparked new opportunities and new entrepreneurs.
“So, we are positioning for growth in this sector, and that’s why we very thoughtfully looked at how to position this moving forward,” said Hicks.
Hicks added ConnexionWorks is currently recruiting program participants for this fall.
Program offerings include Entrepreneurship 101, providing the tools needed to better understand the entrepreneurial journey.
