LAUREN ALAINA’s a published author, with her book Getting Good at Being You on sale today. Lauren says writing a book “is very different than writing a song, because a song is writing a three minute summary of a situation, [while] writing a book is dedication an entire chapter to a situation. It’s really breaking it down, and getting into the details … it’s vulnerable in a completely different way.”
OLD DOMINION just shared with fans on social media that No Hard Feelings will be “coming to a radio near you soon.” No Hard Feelings is one of the 13 tracks on OD’s Time, Tequila, & Therapy.
New Christmas music from Brad Paisley. This time he’s paired up with Kelleigh Bannen for a song called “Last Year”. It’s a song about putting up a Christmas tree a year after losing a relationship that stings. The song is featured in Sister Swap: A Hometown Holiday, a new Hallmark Channel film in which two sisters — played by Paisley’s wife Kimberly Williams–Paisley and her real-life sister Ashley Williams — decide to honor the memory of a beloved uncle and the local movie theatre he used to run.
