A new poll has support for the ruling Conservatives in New Brunswick declining since the summer.
MQO Research surveyed 400 New Brunswickers from November 24th to Dec 14th for the Atlantic Matters poll.
29 per cent of decided and leaning voters support the Higgs Conservatives.
That is down from 36 per cent in June.
The provincial Liberals now lead with 36 per cent support.
The Green party is third with 16 per cent while the NDP garnered 11 per cent.
Five per cent of those who responded to the survey support the People’s Alliance of New Brunswick.
Poll participants are randomly eligible voters from across the province.
The margin of error for the total sample is 4.9 percentage points 19 times out of 20.
