A single-vehicle crash near Napan has killed a 19-year-old man from Dieppe.
Richibucto RCMP said they responded to a single-vehicle rollover on Wednesday around 11:40 p.m. on Route 11 in Glenwood, which is located about 14 km southeast of Miramichi.
A 19-year-old man who was one of three occupants of the vehicle was transported to the hospital, where he later died as a result of his injuries.
Mounties said the driver of the vehicle suffered what are believed to be minor injuries and was also transported to the hospital. The third individual was not injured.
An RCMP collision reconstructionist attended the scene and is assisting with the investigation.
The cause of the crash remains unknown.
