A new poll shows nearly two-thirds of Atlantic Canadians are against the trucker convoy demonstration in Ottawa.
Leger says 63 per cent of respondents to its poll “The Freedom Convoy and Federal Politics” do not support the demonstration.
Thirty per cent said they do support its message and 40 per cent of vaccinated pollsters also reported being sympathetic to their frustrations.
More than half of Atlantic Canadians polled said they find the convoy scary because it reminds them of the storming of the Capitol Building in Washington last year.
Two-thirds said they consider the demonstration a selfish display by a small minority of Canadians.
