With Valentine’s Day just around the corner, many couples struggle to find the perfect gift.
A new study by Savings.com has found men love traditional gifts more than women do.
The student analyzed couples habits for Valentine’s.
It found men actually love getting flowers more than women do. They were the choice of 47 per cent of men compared with just 15 per cent of women.
The top three most loved gifts for men after flowers were chocolates, and a spa day or massage.
Women’s favourites were chocolates or other sweets, sexy games or toys and jewelry.
If you were leaning towards balloons, they rated as the least favourite gift by both genders.
Seventy-seven per cent of men expect to give gifts this Valentine’s Day but only 42% expect to receive one back.
The poll also found that married couples are less likely to participate in Valentine’s Day gift-giving than unmarried couples in romantic relationships.
