The Saint John Police Force (SJPF) has arrested a man wanted on a Canada-wide warrant.
Back in mid-February, city police issued another update about a Saint John man wanted on a Canada-wide warrant on charges of attempted murder, aggravated assault and assault cause bodily harm.
In an updated release, the force mentioned 53-year-old Fabian Cromwell has been arrested.
“On March 12, 2022 at approximately 10:57 p.m., Cromwell was arrested at a residence on Sandy Point Road in Saint John. He was taken into custody without incident and is scheduled to appear before provincial court on March 13, 2022,” reads the most recent SJPF release.
On January 28, 2022, a Canada-wide warrant was issued for Cromwell’s arrest for the following charges:
1. Attempted murder
2. Aggravated assault
3. Assault causing bodily harm
4. Flight from a peace officer
5. Mischief
6. Violation of a release order
