New Brunswickers can now get a better idea of how provincial courts are functioning around the province.
New reports now being published give a more detailed look at the performance of provincial court operations.
The published information includes court delays, unresolved and resolved charges, and the outcome of charges resolved.
You can also see how many courtrooms are actually being used, and how many cases they are dealing with.
“We regularly hear from individuals who want to know more about court operations,” said Justice Minister Ted Flemming in a news release.
“That is why we are pleased to provide better visibility into operations around the province.”
You can view the data for the provincial court as a whole, or for individual judicial districts around the province.
