Saint John police say a 28-year-old man unlawfully at large for more than four months is back in custody.
A Canada-wide warrant was issued for Joshua Dougherty in October after he allegedly breached his parole conditions.
Dougherty was serving a sentence of more than four years and nine months for robbery with threats of violence, disguise with intent, attempted robbery, and failure to comply with a probation order.
Police announced over the weekend that he had been arrested but did not provide any other details.
