The City of Saint John is looking for people with knowledge, experience and professional skills pertaining to diversity and community inclusion for a new committee.
The Civic Commemoration Committee will help guide and advise council through the naming of public streets, assets and spaces, and the placement of commemorative monuments and plaques on city property.
People who are appointed to the committee will be chosen based on their ability to contribute to the mandate, roles and responsibilities of the committee, including skills, experience and qualities reflecting diversity, equity and inclusion.
Those interested in serving are encouraged to submit an application by March 22.
