It’s been an exciting year it’s been so far for country star Tim Hicks. He had Juno nominations, His song Whiskey Does is climbing the charts and he announced a tour.
But that’s not all. Tim has a brand-new single out called High Rollers. Tims says the song ” is just pure fun. It’s a tune I’ve had kicking around for a little while now, and I’m so pleased to finally get it out there. It’s a fantasy really, about pretending to be something or someone you’re not.
LUKE COMBS says he and wife Nicole are “in talks” to choose their first child’s name. Fans know they couple are having a boy but won’t share many more details. Luke says he doesn’t really care what name they end up choosing. He says, “If a damn alligator can come out, it wouldn’t matter to me as long as it’s healthy. I would teach him to sing, teach him how to eat a cheeseburger.”
Luke Combs is also hard at work on his new album, which should drop before the end of the year.
The 2022 CMA Fest is a go. The music festival is back after a two-year pandemic break and will be held in Nashville June 9-12.
… Yesterday the festival announced its initial headliners, who will perform : JASON ALDEAN, KELSEA BALLERINI, GABBY BARRETT, DIERKS BENTLEY, KANE BROWN, LUKE BRYAN, LUKE COMBS, RUSSELL DICKERSON, ALAN JACKSON, LADY A, PARKER MCCOLLUM, CARLY PEARCE, THOMAS RHETT, DARIUS RUCKER, COLE SWINDELL, CARRIE UNDERWOOD, KEITH URBAN, LAINEY WILSON, and ZAC BROWN BAND.
… The festival also includes a ton of artists performing on a number of different outdoor stages and it’s totally free.
… The CMA Music Festival is a four-day festival that began in 1972 under the name Fan Fair.
