The bookworms can stock up this week.
The 17th annual Big Brothers Big Sisters book sale is underway in Brunswick Square.
Special Events Co-ordinator Devin Borden said the sale is running on Level 1 again.
“We are honestly happy to be back. It’s more open, we can interact with people more. We had the sale in a store last year to monitor the number of people who were there,” Borden said.
Borden said it’s one of their biggest fundraisers of the year and the proceeds support their mentoring programs between Sussex and St. Stephen.
He said as the books are purchased, they are regularly re-stocking with new books and the traffic has been steady.
The sale continues on Thursday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and again on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
