Zac Brown Band – Their new album “The Comeback (Deluxe)” drops on Sept. 30, and will feature a number of collaborations. Brown had already said that Blake Shelton, Cody Johnson and Jamey Johnson all make appearances, and now it has been revealed that James Taylor will join Brown on a song called ‘Love & Sunsets’.
Willie Nelson, Jimmie Allen, Billy Ray Cyrus, Jimmie Allen, Jimmy Fallon, Zach Williams and Miley Cyrus – will all guest star in NBC’s “Dolly Parton’s Mountain Magic Christmas.” Parton will play the lead role in the modern-day movie musical about the making of a network TV special.
West Virginia University is paying tribute to the late, great John Denver.
Denver’s 1971 hit, “Take Me Home, Country Roads,” is one of the most recognizable country songs of all time.
We all know it, and there’s a good chance you busted it out at a karaoke bar at some point in your life or sang it on a long road trip.
The song gives a nod to West Virginia where Denver sings:
“Country roads, take me home, to the place I belong, West Virginia, mountain mama, take me home, country roads…”
