The ACM Honors aired Tuesday night on FOX hosted by Carly Pearce celebrating the passion and promise of country music’s past, present, and future.
The show kicked off with a spirited performance by Kelsea Ballerini honoring Shania Twain’s massive hit “Man! I Feel Like a Woman!” It was a big night for the country queen who took home the Poet Award.
Morgan Wallen received the Milestone Award for his ACM Album of the Year, winning Dangerous: The Double Album. His friend Eric Church presented him with the trophy.
Miranda Lambert landed the ACM Triple Crown Award, handed out to those who win Entertainer of the Year, New Female or Male Artist of the Year, and Female or Male Artist of the Year. She joins Jason Aldean, Brooks & Dunn, Kenny Chesney, Mickey Gilley, Merle Haggard, Barbara Mandrell, and Carrie Underwood in receiving the honor.

One of Luke Combs’s biggest fans recently received the gift of a lifetime.
22-year-old super fan Dalton Owens of Nashville, Tenn., was overcome with joy when he received an autographed, customized acoustic guitar from Luke Combs.
Dalton is a terminally-ill wish recipient, who has been battling congenital heart disease. He has been given less than a year to live. Initially, he chose meeting Combs as part of his final wish. He also revealed his second dream of going on a Dollywood vacation.
After Luke Combs came across the video, which has since gone viral, he made it his goal to make sure they came true.
“I got you, buddy. We’re gonna make this happen,” Combs commented beneath the video before adding, “I’m gonna give y’all the backstage tour myself, the whole nine yards. I’m [also] gonna pay for that Dollywood trip too bud.”
