RCMP continues to seek more information after a home invasion, assault and theft in Lower Durham last month.
On October 7, at around 8:30 am, three men reportedly forced their way into a home after knocking and asking for help with a flat tire.
Two men, a 79-year-old and an 88-year-old were allegedly assaulted, with one suffering serious injuries.
An undisclosed amount of money was also taken.
The suspects are described as three men, one who appeared to be in his fifties, and one who appeared to be in his thirties. The approximate age of the third suspect is unknown. They were travelling in a black pickup truck.
A 30-year-old Fredericton man was arrested on November 3rd, but has been released with a future court date.
Anyone who lives in the area and has surveillance video footage from October 7 at approximately 8:30 a.m., who was in the area at the time of the incident and witnessed suspicious activity, or who may have information that could help further the investigation, is asked to contact the Keswick RCMP at 506-357-4300.
