Saint John police say a convicted robber wanted on a Canada-wide warrant has been arrested.
Simon Basque was taken into custody by the Fredericton Police Force on Monday.
A warrant was issued for the 44-year-old for breaching the conditions of his statutory release.
Basque had been living at a community correctional centre in Saint John at the time.
He is serving a sentence of four years and six months for robbery and possess/use/traffic stolen/forged/falsified credit card.
