A tweet from RCMP with a serious reminder about the dangers of consuming illicit drugs.
Officers attended to nine calls for service in the past 24 hours where someone had overdosed on what is suspected to be fentanyl.
RCMP says that you are taking a risk anytime illegal drugs are used. They warn there is no way to know whether or not it may contain a dangerous or lethal drug.
The Codiac Regional RCMP would like to remind citizens of the real dangers associated with consuming illicit drugs.
