Do not be surprised to see Canadian Army reservists in Saint John parks over the coming weeks.
Members of the 37 Signal Regiment in Saint John are conducting training and holding pop-up educational stands.
They will be joined by reservists from 37 Signal Regiment in Newfoundland and the 37 UK Signal Regiment.
Members will be on the ground Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. until Aug. 19.
While locations will change weekly, there is a good chance you will see them in and around Dominion Park, Fallsview Park, Rockwood Park, or other area parks.
Officials say no weapons of any kind will be used during the training exercises.
Signal units provide robust, secure and cutting-edge communications, enabling Canadian Armed Forces leaders to exercise effective command and control in a variety of environments and conditions.
