Police say a murder charge has been laid in the death of a Minto man more than a year ago.
Officers found the body of a man in a wooded area between Minto and Chipman on March 31, 2022.
The victim, who was later identified as 27-year-old Brandon Donelan, had been missing for two months.
Police executed a search warrant on Wasson Road in Newcastle Creek, near Minto, on Wednesday morning as part of the investigation.
A 40-year-old woman was arrested at the scene and was charged with first-degree murder during a court appearance on Thursday.
The woman was remanded into custody and is scheduled to return to court on Sept. 6.
Officers also arrested a 25-year-old man at the home who was wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for parole violation.
