Saint John police have made an arrest in connection with a break-in at a business in the south end.
Officers responded to a break and enter in progress in the 30-block of Duke Street just before 10 p.m. on April 21.
“The owner called 911 after he was remotely alerted by video surveillance that [there] were at least two people inside his business,” police said in a news release at the time.
“Police arrived to find that the suspects had fled and items were missing from the business.”
Investigators did not provide a description of the suspects but they did release two photos showing one of the suspects.
On Friday, police announced that a 63-year-old man was arrested back on June 21.
The accused was released on an undertaking to appear in court in September.
“At this time, no other arrests have been made,” said police.
