Police in Saint John say they have made an arrest in a graffiti investigation.
Officers were called to a Germain Street building shortly before noon Sunday.
“It was alleged that the suspect had tagged a building with graffiti and he was still in the area,” police said in a news release on Tuesday.
Police arrived to locate the damage and a suspect matching the description.
A 34-year-old man was arrested for mischief under $5,000. The accused is set to appear in court in September.
Investigators are asking the public to report any graffiti that is similar to the tag shown at the top of this story.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the Saint John Police Force at 506-648-3333 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
