Two arrests have been made in an ongoing drug trafficking investigation in the Saint John area.
A 31-year-old Saint John man and a 37-year-old Quispamsis woman were arrested Thursday.
In a news release on Friday, Saint John police said officers also seized $25,000 worth of fentanyl.
The arrests came as part of Project Fusion, which is focused on the trafficking of fentanyl.
The man and the woman were later released and are due to appear in court in October.
