Power has now been restored to most New Brunswickers who were impacted by this week’s heavy snow and high winds.
NB Power reported just over 400 customers without electricity as of 5:30 p.m. Saturday.
Most of the affected customers are in the Chaleur region, according to the utility’s website.
There are also outages in the Acadian Peninsula, Carleton, Central York/Sunbury, Charlotte/Southwest, Kent, and Northumberland/Miramichi regions.
Officials expect the majority of customers will have their power restored by late Saturday evening.
