Saint John police say a 43-year-old man wanted on a Canada-wide warrant has been arrested.
The man was arrested without incident on Thursday, police said in a release.
He was accused of breaching the conditions of his statutory release.
The accused is serving a sentence of just over two years for more than 30 convictions, including:
- assault
- theft over $5,000
- 14 counts of theft under $5,000
- 14 counts of failing to comply with a probation order
- failing to attend court
- obstructing a public/peace officer
- offence under the Motor Vehicle Act
