The Kennebecasis Regional Police Force is investigating after a woman was attacked at a Quispamsis park.
The incident happened near the parking lot of Matthew’s Cove Park around 7 p.m. on July 11 but was only reported to police on Thursday.
“At the time of the offence two vehicles were noted in the parking lot by the victim,” the police force said in a news release on Friday.
“The owners/occupants of these vehicles may be able to provide police with valuable information in regards to this incident.”
Investigators believe this was an isolated incident but encouraged people to be vigilant and report any suspicious behaviour.
