Moncton High under hold and secure
Moncton High School went into a hold and secure this afternoon over the lunch hour after “unauthorized individuals” confronted several students outside in the parking lot, according to an email from Randolph J. MacLean, superintendent and CEO of Anglophone East School District.
Codiac RCMP visited the school, and the school has contacted the families of the students who were confronted in the parking lot, the email said.
While under a should and secure, students are allowed to move around inside the building as usual, but no one is allowed to enter or leave.
However, police have not confirmed the Ready Alert and the hold and secure were related.
