One person has died after a workplace incident in Moncton, according to WorkSafeNB.
A spokesperson told our newsroom the incident happened at Coast Tire on Friday morning.
“We offer our deepest condolences to the worker’s family, as well as their friends and colleagues,” Lynn Meahan-Carson wrote in an email.
“As the investigation is ongoing, we cannot release any further information.”
The agency first shared about the workplace death in a post on its Facebook page on Friday afternoon.
Our newsroom has reached out to Codiac Regional RCMP and the Moncton Fire Department for comment.
