New Brunswick’s top-performing exporters have been recognized in the provincial capital.
Opportunities NB hosted the 57th annual Export Awards in Fredericton on Thursday night.
Winners for the eight awards were selected through a scoring system by a volunteer panel of business experts from academia and the private sector.
- Exporter of the Year Award – over $5 million in export sales: Organigram Global (Moncton)
- Exporter of the Year Award – under $5 million in export sales: Anessa (Fredericton)
- Global Diversification Award: Ganong Bros. (St. Stephen)
- Innovative Exporter of the Year Award – under $10 million in export sales: GAP Professional Products (Keswick Ridge)
- Yves Maillet Emerging Exporter of the Year Award: Andermatt Canada (Hanwell)
- Sustainable Exporter of the Year Award: McDonough Manufacturing Canada (Lower Woodstock)
- Woman in Export Excellence Award: Ganong Bros. (St. Stephen)
- Productivity Impact Award: Clair Industrial Development Corporation – Waska (Clair)
New Brunswick recorded a total of $17.4 billion in export sales last year, according to the province.
