Charges have been laid after a home invasion and assault in Tobique First Nation.
RCMP say two men forced their way into a Main Street home on April 29, and assaulted a 48-year-old man.
The victim suffered what were believed to be minor injuries and did not receive medical treatment.
Police say the individuals were known to each other.
The suspects were arrested the same day.
Charges include break and enter, assault with a weapon, mischief, uttering threats and robbery.
Both were released from custody on May 1, with an ankle monitoring device and a house curfew while awaiting their next court appearance.
One cut his ankle monitoring device, and a warrant has now been issued for Brandon Francis for failing to comply with a release order.
If you have seen Francis or if you have information, the RCMP are asking that you contact them at 506-273-5003.
