Nearly 140 new full-time jobs are coming to Saint John over the coming months.
Xerox Canada is expanding its digital sales operations with government support.
Opportunities NB will provide up to $725,000 in payroll rebates to help create up to 138 jobs.
“Xerox’s decision to expand in New Brunswick was influenced by the strategic support provided by Opportunities NB, including customized talent acquisition support and local engagement,” Cindy Arbeau, global head of inside sales for Xerox Canada, said in a news release.
“We’re excited to grow our team in Saint John and tap into the region’s skilled workforce.”
The new positions will include direct-selling representatives, partner managers and specialists, with recruitment already underway.
Xerox Canada has been working to strengthen its core businesses, including print, digital and information technology services, while streamlining operations.
Officials said expanding their North American digital sales team is a key element of these efforts.
“This workforce expansion demonstrates the confidence Xerox has in New Brunswick’s talent pool and business environment,” Luke Randall, minister responsible for Opportunities NB, said in the release.
“We are proud to support companies that are investing in our economy, helping it grow and creating meaningful opportunities for New Brunswickers.”
The new jobs are expected to be filled by the end of 2027.
