The Head Coach of the Moncton Wildcats is joining the bench staff for Team Canada.
Gardiner MacDougall was named an assistant coach for the 2026 World Juniors.
MacDougall is the former long-time coach of the UNB Varsity Reds men’s hockey team and Memorial Cup winner with the Saint John Sea Dogs.
He joined Moncton last year, winning a QMJHL title.
Veteran London Knights coach Dale Hunter will be the Head Coach for the tournament in Minnesota.
