RCMP are renewing their appeal for information in a four-year-old missing persons case.
Kari Lynn Rose Campbell of Fredericton has been missing since Aug. 19, 2021.
She was last seen outside a home in Durham Bridge, north of the provincial capital.
Police believe Campbell may be deceased, and the major crime unit took over the case in 2024.
“There may be someone out there who has information they haven’t brought forward before, or who may now remember details that could help the investigation, and help bring closure to her family,” RCMP Cpl. Hans Ouellette said in a news release at the time.
Campbell is described as being about five-foot-two, weighing about 120 pounds, with medium-length brown hair and blue eyes. She has a butterfly tattoo on her leg and forearm and a sun tattoo on her shoulder blade.
She was last seen wearing a grey sweater, blue jeans, blue Under Armour shoes, and carrying a brown purse.
Anyone with information that could assist the investigation is asked to contact the major crime unit at 506-452-3491 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
